Refund policy

We gladly offer store credit within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please note that we do not provide refunds, but we’re happy to help you find the perfect option through store credit. 

All returns require approval and must be in original condition with packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 

Store credits can be used on www.beatrizwerebe.com.us or toward a customized version of an online item. 

Gift Cards, engraved, personalized or customized items are final sale. 

We provide a return label to ensure your jewelry is properly insured. Items showing wear or damage will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please let us know, we can make adjustments to the pieces you purchased to ensure a perfect fit, such as resizing or modifying them as needed.
