Can I customize or personalize a piece of jewelry?

What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your return needs to be accepted first. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, piece ID, purchase location and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What is your exchange policy?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
Yes! We only use natural, ethically sourced diamonds and work with trusted suppliers to ensure responsible sourcing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, PayPal, Affirm, ShopPay, and BEATRIZ WEREBE Gift Cards. Payment is processed at the time of purchase, and we can only accept one form of payment per order—payments cannot be split across multiple credit cards.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, we offer financing options through Affirm and Shop Pay Installments to make your purchase more manageable. Check out the payment options at checkout, or reach out for more details.
What should I do if my jewelry needs repair?
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry, but if you need a repair, we’re happy to help! oncierge@beatrizwerebe.com.br with details and photos, and we’ll guide you through the repair process.
How can I find my ring size?
We offer a ring size guide to help you find the perfect fit. If you're unsure, you can also order a ring sizer or visit a local jeweler for professional sizing.
What shipping options do you have available?
All our domestic orders are insured and shipped via FedEx 2-day (signature required delivery).
International orders are shipped via FedEx insured or DHL (signature required) and time vary by country. Please note any applicable duties imposed by the country we are shipping to are the responsibility of the customer. Is there a warranty on my jewelry?

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
Beatriz Werebe is committed to satisfying its customers by ensuring the quality and durability of its products.
This certificate attests to the authenticity and characteristics of the materials used in the creation of your jewelry, as described. It guarantees free coverage for a period of l year from the date of purchase, provided this certificate is presented, for the following:
Defects and Technical Alterations: Any defects related to technical aspects of manufacturing or the materials involved in crafting the jewelry.
Size Adjustments: Adjustments to the size are covered, as long as they do not involve adding additional gemstones.
For rings, adjustments are limited to up to three sizes, based on technical feasibility.
Cleaning and Polishing.
Exclusions from the warranty include:
Damage due to misuse or impact.
Normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents
Pieces that have undergone maintenance or modifications by third parties.
Loss or theft of the jewelry
In cases where repair within warranty conditions is not possible, a replacement will be provided for the same model or equivalent of equal value, based on the price of purchase.
For jewelry designed by international designers represented by Beatriz Werebe, maintenance is performed outside Brazil by the designer. The duration of maintenance is subject to export/import processes and customs procedures in each country.
Beatriz Werebe will make efforts to minimize delays.
Outside the warranty conditions, Beatriz Werebe offers adjustment, repair, and refurbishment services, subject to technical analysis and prior approval of the estimate by the customer.

What does made-to-order mean?
Made to order means that the piece is not in stock and is crafted specifically for you after you place an order. Since each piece is created individually, the production time may be longer compared to ready-to-ship items. The lead time for each piece is listed on the product page, as well as in checkout.
How can I redeem a gift card?
When you proceed to checkout, look for a link or box labeled "Gift Card”. Enter the gift card in the designated field. Click "Apply". The gift card balance will be applied to your order total, and you can continue shopping or complete your purchase.
